Return on Investment
- Investment opportunities are available for terms of 1 to 5 years.
- Investors receive a minimum 22% guaranteed return on one-year investments.
- Long-term investment opportunities (terms exceeding one year) are subject to specific conditions.
- Profit disbursement occurs upon completion of the harvest calendar, typically in December.
- All profits are subject to applicable VAT and taxes.
Investment Security
- Post-Dated Check: Anahita Farms will provide a post-dated check for the principal plus guaranteed profit upon investment. This check will be returned to Anahita Farms upon successful transfer of funds at the end of the investment term.
- Formal Agreement: A legally binding investment agreement will be executed between Anahita Farms and each investor, overseen by a reputable law firm.
Transparency & Accountability
- Open Access: Investors will have full access to Anahita Farms’ financial records to monitor income and expenses.
- Regular Audits: Independent audits will be conducted by a reputable firm, and the reports shared with all investors.
- Secure Transactions: All transactions will be conducted via bank transfer.
Monitoring & Communication:
- Company-Sponsored Farm Visits: Anahita Farms will host fully funded farm visits twice a year.
- Monthly Performance Updates: We will provide regular monthly investor meetings with business and financial updates.
- Investor Feedback Encouraged: We value and encourage investor suggestions for farm improvement.
